What does our program look like?
The program is a 2-month experience from August 1 - September 30.
Select participants will begin with free access to Sprinng’s online training platform with a transformative 3-week program held between August 1-21, where our expert team will provide personalized support to enhance your application materials. We'll assist you in revising your Resume, Cover Letter, and Essays and help you develop exceptional Interviewing Skills. Additionally, we'll guide you in setting SMART Goals, ensuring you have a clear roadmap for success.
Those who successfully complete the first part of the program will be paired with a dedicated mentor providing 2 weeks of intensive guidance on your writing sample. With their profound knowledge and experience, your mentor will meticulously review your application packet - specifically, your writing sample for your Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing applications to 5 schools. They'll provide valuable feedback, ensuring that your application materials resonate with the admissions committees and align with your goals.
In the final weeks, the Sprinng team will provide dedicated support to ensure that you submit all important application materials on time and be available to promptly answer your questions about the process.
In the beginning, I didn't anticipate the amount of work that I would need to put in. I assumed it would be as easy-going as the Sprinng Writing Fellowship, and I did not think we'd jump right in from the very beginning. However, once I found my footing and worked through the courses on their set date, I got a grip on the program and did not experience any new challenges.
The fellowship coordinators were extremely supportive and did well in ensuring the success of all the participants. Nobody was left behind. The messages sent on the WhatsApp group were really great for getting us started for the day and keeping us focused on what we needed to do.
Because of the fellowship, I am now well-informed about the correct way to write a resume and how to ace an interview. The interview course was well-detailed, from the types of interviews to the correct clothes to wear, which opened my eyes to entering and navigating the corporate world. I am more motivated, and I feel I am inspired to work on myself and my goals with the S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting guideline.
I am very grateful for the opportunity. It made me more diligent and keen to complete my other responsibilities either on or before the time due. This fellowship has also shown me that I need to set aside time for my future academic and career goals and take my daily routines seriously to achieve them with success.

Prioritizing your needs: We understand that individuals have different learning styles; visual, auditory, reading, writing, and kinesthetic. Our courses are customized with resources flexible to your learning style.
Maximizing your time: We know it can be difficult to juggle personal and professional responsibilities while trying to improve one’s self to achieve specific career goals. Our fellowship only requires 6 hours of commitment for the first 3 weeks.
Concentrated learning: Our fellowship materials are very concise, giving you the specific information you need for each course, customized assignment templates, and direct resources to maximize your learning. We make learning simpler and easier.
Course Accessibility: The courses are designed for multi-media viewing. So, even if you don't have a laptop, you'll do just fine using your phone with the step-by-step guide we have created.
Affordability: Your growth and accomplishments are our priority, and we believe it shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg to gain a head-start for academic or career advancements. This program is FREE to all accepted fellows.
