The SprinNG Advancement Fellowship (SAF) is a self-paced (4 weeks) programme that helps develop career content and improve your professional communication skills to attain academic and career goals. The fellowship covers six core courses: Resume/ CV Writing, Cover Letter Writing, Personal Statement Writing, Interview Preparation, Answering Interview Questions, and S.M.A.R.T Goal-Setting.​

Fellowship participants are provided concise learning materials including videos, worksheets, short guides, and assignments to build their career portfolio for pursuing opportunities like jobs, internships, fellowships, university admissions, and more. They will receive feedback and guidance from SprinNG to perfect their career content and stand out.

 In 2022 the fellowship will open for the following periods: 
Application opens and closes February 1- 20 (Fellowship will be held in March).
Application opens and closes July 1- 20 (Fellowship will be held in August).
Application opens and closes October 1-20 (Fellowship will be held in November).

Eligibility: Applicant must be a Nigerian between the ages 16 - 35.

Upon signing up for the fellowship the N25,000 fellowship fee must be paid by 25th of the application month to secure a spot in the program.

February 26 - 28: E-orientation about the fellowship with the select participants
March 1 - 30: Fellowship Period

The Fellowship
The fellowship is designed to be completed over 3 weeks (1st - 21st of the program month). The fourth and final week of the fellowship will be spent on networking to provide the fellowship participants an opportunity to ask questions relative to professional development. Fellowship participants will also receive a certificate upon completing the fellowship.

Our fellowship only requires a total of 6-hours commitment. Meaning that you can complete the fellowship within a week, if you spend one hour a day on the course materials. It also means that you can complete the courses within 3 weeks if you spend 2 hours per week on the course materials.
