At SprinNG, we believe that you “Be one to teach one and teach one to be one.” While we have several projects, the SprinNG team is always excited about the SprinNG Writing Fellowship. This year, we received our largest applicant pool of 801 writers interested in the fellowship. The enthusiasm of these applicants and passion for their creative interests is undeniable and one we continue to create opportunities for. We are proud to announce that we are hosting our 6th cohort of 41 writers and 43 mentors, also expanding the opportunity to Ghana. By the end of this year, we would have mentored over 180 writers (Nigerian and Ghanaian) in the SprinNG Writing fellowship. We are not only looking at how writers can grow within SprinNG but prioritizing their success outside SprinNG for several opportunities. We appreciate all the literary platforms that supported our vision and the mentors volunteering their time to ensure the success of the developing Nigerian and Ghanaian writers in this year’s cohort of the SprinNG Writing Fellowship. We also specially thank the Contemporary Ghanaian Writers Series.
Cheers to the SprinNG class of 2022!

The SprinNG Writing Fellowship is the best thing that has happened to me in my writing journey, I am excited more than ever about all that is in it for me. I was blessed with the best mentor (name withheld for obvious selfish reason; she is the absolute best) 😭😍
