The SprinNG Advancement Fellowship (SAF) is a self-paced (4 weeks) programme that helps develop career content and improve your professional communication skills to attain academic and career goals. The fellowship covers six core courses: Resume Writing, Cover Letter Writing, Personal Statement Writing, Interview Preparation, Answering Interview Questions, and S.M.A.R.T Goal-Setting. Fellowship participants are provided concise learning materials including videos, worksheets, short guides, and assignments to build their career portfolio for pursuing opportunities like jobs, internships, fellowships, university admissions, and more. They will receive feedback and guidance from SprinNG to perfect their career content and stand out. The fellowship is designed to be completed over 3 weeks (1st - 21st of the month). The fourth and final week of the fellowship will be spent on networking to provide the fellowship participants an opportunity to ask questions relative to professional development. Fellowship participants will also receive a certificate upon completing the fellowship.
If selected for the fellowship, participants must pay the N25,000 fellowship fee between the 21st and 25th of the selection month to secure a spot in the programme. Eligibility: Applicant must be a Nigerian between the ages 16 - 35. Timeline September 1: Application opens October 10: Application closes October 20: Finalists are notified October 21 - 25: Finalists will pay their N25,000 fee to secure their spot in the fellowship October 26 - 30: E-orientation about the fellowship with the select participants November 1 - 30: Fellowship Period
